1. One-time admission charge of Rs. 5000 for Nur. To 5, and Rs. 7000 for classes 6 to 12 shall be deposited extra alongwith 1^st Installment for new students.                  
2. The cost of school transportation service is Rs. 1100/- Per Month (for 11 months) (must be paid with 1^st Installment) / Rs. 1300 /- Per Month (for few month).    For Area between by pass highway, 80 feet road (Harsh Hotel), Dhaka farm house, Brij bal school, Loha mandi road connecting mod with Nindar mod road, Nindar mod, Sikar road and Sangam Colony convenance charges Rs. 900 or 1100 respectively.        
3. Bus & School fees are charged only for 11 months.
4. Activity charge for Group Photo, I-Card, Activities, Fair tickets, School Circular, Science club, Geography Surver & Farewell, as applicable, of Rs. 500 for Classes Nur. To 8: Rs. 700 for Classed 9 & 10 and Rs. 1000 for Classes 11 & 12 must be deposited with first installment.      

5. Fees must be deposited in the following order ; Past dues, activity fee, bus fee & school fee.                
6. There is no additional fees for Exams, Computer / Smart Classes and Practicals in the school.        
7. Mobile Application & online support is optional, if taken Rs. 1000 should be deposited Extra with the 1^st installment.

  For College :-

  Note :-   1. For New comers, admission / Re-admission charge of Rs. 1000/- for all classes shall be deposited    extra alongwith 1^st Installment.   

  2. Practical fee Rs. 1200 Per Practical Subject will be deposited extra alongwith 1^st Installment.    

  3. School Transport service charges Rs. 1100/- Per Month (for 8 months) for all the scheduled routes are equally        fixed.    

  4. Conveyance fee will be deposited extra with 1^st Installment for 8 Months.     

  5. Rs 1000/- for Fresher Party, I-Card, Group Photo & other will be deposited extra alongwith 1st Installment.          6. Rajasthan University's fee (In any form) will be deposited extra.       

  7. Fees collection will be in the following order :-  Old dues, activity charge, bus fee & school fee.
 

 

 

 

 

 

Scholarships and Discounts For School

1. Sibling: In siblings case, from third child onwards, 50% rebate will be provided on total fee of the child having lowest fee.

2. One time Payment: If total fee deposited till 15 July or within 20 days of admission, will entitle student for 5% rebate on total fees.

3. Disability: Presenting Parent’s Disability Certificate will entitle student for 20% rebate on tuition fee (last three installments).

4. Widow: Presenting Father's Death Certificate will entitle student for 25% rebate on tuition fee (last three installments).

5. Orphan: Presenting Parent's Death Certificate will entitle student for 50% rebate on tuition fee (last three installments).

6. Scholarships and Motivations: Enrolled students are honoured by various scholarships and motivations on achieving class wise 1st and 2nd rank in result, group wise first rank in pre announced class groups, attaining predetermined percentages in board classes, achieving milestones in sports etc. activities and performing exceptionally in various other activities as per VCA rules.

Note :-       - Power to amend the above anytime is reserved by the school management.

                  - Scholarship will not be awarded if fees for the previous session are outstanding.

Process :- 1. Fill discount form with details of student(s) within 20 days of start of session at the reception.

                   2. If approved, request for discount as applicable will be accepted.

 

College Scholarships

2. Special rebats for New Admission :- - Bonafied student of VCA are exempted for admission fee.

- For > 95%marks in class 12^th Boards, Student will be entitled for Rs. 5100 rebate on total fee.

- For 90 to 94.99% marks in class 12^th Boards, Student will be entitled for Rs. 3100 rebate on total fee.

- For 85 to 89.99% marks in class 12^th Boards, Student will be entitled for Rs. 2100 rebate on total fee.

- For 80 to 84.99% marks in class 12^th Boards, Student will be entitled for Rs. 1100 rebate on total fee.

3. Sports Expences :- The traveling and food expenses have to be received from the participating teams (two days advance has to be deposited). The college will bear the college registration fees in the university. When going for open selection, the player will have to bear the expenses of team registration, travel and food himself. In case the team gets first or second position and gets selected in the open selection, the college will bear the entry and daily entry fees of the team/player, otherwise not.
