Admission & Withdrawal

1. Admission is open to all boys and girls irrespective of caste or creed.

2. All applications for admission to the school must be made on the prescribed forms. Application to grade 1 must be submitted not later than the date indicated on the application form or as

found in the bulletin board in the School Office. There are no regular registrations for other classes and admission to these classes is made to fill vacancies, should they occur.

3. A boy or girl who joins fresh from home or from a private school has to produce an Official Birth Certificate such as the Municipal Certificate & student Aadhar Card in support of the date of

birth entered in the Admission Form.

4. No student who has not completed five years of age by April 1st will be admitted to grade 1 nor will anyone who has completed seven years of age. For other classes a corresponding scale of

minimum and maximum holds true, i.e., at least six years completed but not eight for grade 2 etc.

5. A boy/girl who has attended any recognized school will not be admitted without a school Learning Certificate, previous class Mark Sheet from the same and Photo copy of Aadhar Card.

Documents required for admission are not returned.

1. A calendar month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student or the fee will be charged. Such notice should be given in writing by the person responsible for the student and not

    by the student himself.

2. No school leaving certificate is giving until all the sums due to the school have been paid in full.

3. The School reserves the right to ask the parents to withdraw their child if his/her progress in studies is unsatisfactory (failing twice in the same class), conduct harmful to other students, fee is

not paid on time or if there are other reasons which, in the opinion of the school authorities, render his/her continuation in the school undesirable. Honesty, punctuality, cleanliness of person

and dress, good manners and loyalty are expected of each student and anyone not conforming to the School's ideals in these matters may be asked to leave. Immorality, grave insubordination,

contempt of authority or willful damage to property are always reasons for dismissal.
