The students in Vijay Central Academy are not only groomed to be physically vigorous but are also empowered emotionally and mentally through a vast variety of indoor and outdoor games e.g. Handball, Basketball, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho, Softball, Hockey, Cricket, Athletics, Badminton, Chess, Carom etc.  Our players emerge triumphant at multiple State and National level competitions.

Benefits of District, State and National Level Certificates :

Following points are awarded to students as per the fortnightly magazine “Shikshak Sandesh” of Rajasthan Teacher’s Association (National) published on 01 Jan. 2004 based on the notification of the Rajasthan Government :

1. Participation at Inter National Level or first position at National Level          - 40 Points

2. Second Position at National Level                                                                - 36 Points

3. Third Position at National Level                                                                    - 32 Points

4. Participation at National Level or first position at State Level                       - 28 Points

5. Second Position at State Level                                                                     - 24 Points

6. Third Position at State Level                                                                         - 20 Points

7. Participation at State Level or first position at District Level                         - 16 Points

8. Second Position at District Level                                                                  - 12 Points

9. Third Position at District Level                                                                      - 08 Points

10. Participation at District Level                                                                      - 04 Points

Eg. If a Student score 80 percent marks in studies and is a National gold winner, then his percentage will be calculated as 80 + 40 = 120 percentage, which is theoretically not possible for just an academic student.

Also for every government job recruitment, there is a reservation under sports quota.

 

Following are the level :

1. District level : Following tournaments well be considered as District Level.

a. District Level School tournament of the Elementary Department.

b. District Level School tournament of the Secondary Education Department.

c. State Level School tournament of the Sanskrit Education Department.

d. Collective Cluster Level School tournament of Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti and kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan.

e. Inter College Tournament of University.

 

2. State Level : Following tournaments well be considered as State Level.

a. State Level School tournament of the Elementary Department.

b. State Level School tournament of the Secondary Education Department.

c. National Level School tournament of Navodaya Vidhyalaya Samiti and kendriya Vidhyalaya Sangathan. 

d. Inter University Tournament at Zonal Level.

 

3. National Level :  Following tournaments well be considered as National Level.

a. School sports Tournament organized by the School Games Federation of India at the national Level.

b. Inter University Tournament at National or Inter-Zonal Level.

 

4. Inter National Level :  Participation in International Tournaments through one these Organization.

a. School Games Federation of India.

b. University Sports Association.

c. Sports Federation of India.

 

Verification of sports certificates :

1. Sports certificates will be considered only if they are verified by the Secretary of Rajasthan Sports Council or by the Head of the Institution mentioning that the participant is a regular student of the Institution.

2. In the International Tournament, the certificate of participation or securing palace through the School Games Federation of India, University Association or Sports Federation of the India will be considered if these certificates are verified by the Federation or the council.
