ADMISSION
1. Admission is open to all boys and girls
irrespective of caste or creed.
2. All applications
for admission to the school must be made on the prescribed forms. Application
to
grade 1 must be submitted not later than the date indicated on the application
form or as
found on the bulletin board in the School
Office. There are no regular registrations for other
classes and admission to these classes are made
to fill vacancies, should they occur.
3. A boy or girl who joins fresh from home or
from a private school has to produce an Official Birth
Certificate
such as the Municipal Certificate & student Aadhar Card in support of the
date of
birth
entered in the Admission Form.
4. No student, who
has not completed five years of age by April 1st, shall be admitted
to grade 1 nor
shall anyone who has completed seven years
of age. For other classes, a corresponding scale of
minimum and maximum age hold true, i.e., at
least six years completed but not eight years for grade 2 etc.
5. A boy/girl who has attended any recognized
school will not be admitted without a school
Learning
Certificate, previous class Mark Sheet from the same and Photocopy of Aadhar
Card.
Documents
required for admission are not returned.
WITHDRAWAL
1.
A calendar month’stice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student or the
fee will be
charged. Such notice should be given in
writing by the person responsible for the student and not
by the student himself.
2.
No school leaving certificate is given until all the sums due to the school
have been paid in full.
3.
The School reserves the right to ask the parents to withdraw their child if
his/her progress in
studies is unsatisfactory (failing twice in the same class), conduct is harmful to other students, the fee is not paid on time, or if there are other reasons which, in the opinion of the school authorities, render his/her continuation in the school undesirable. Honesty, punctuality, cleanliness of person, School dress, good manners and loyalty are expected of each student and anyone not conforming to the School's ideals in these matters may be asked to leave. Immorality, grave insubordination, Contempt of authority or willful damage to property are always reasons for dismissal.
